The staff at DADS believes in treating their customers the way they would like to be treated when they walk into a store. Two key things happen to cut through any confusion with home theatre systems and car audio installations. The staff at DADS asks a lot of questions to find out what the customer wants, then depicts a design with descriptions and sometimes pictures. This way the customer has a better vision on the final install. Then, after the installation the customer generally calls with questions about how to accomplish a task on a menus or set-up, for example. "We make the customer feel comfortable," Jay explains.
Quality electronics with affordability are offered at DADS Electronics. Most have a three to five year warranty. If a component should happen to fail DADS replaces the part promptly at no additional charge.
